#CelebrityCrush – Men of Live-Action “Aladdin”

Happy Morning my lovelies!!!! Whew, I was swamped all weekend with working the regular day-job and then key bangin’ (aka working on my next book) but I am so excited that Monday is finally here. I get to treat myself to a little breather and a dose of smokin’ hot man candy! This Monday I’ve got not one but two whole treats for you all to feast your eyes on. Its no secret that the upcoming live-action Aladdin has been getting major buzz — and today I’m adding to that momentum by featuring both Marwan Kenzari and Mena Moussad as today’s #CelebrityCrushes.

Mena Massoud
Marwan  Kenzari

Marwan Kenzari will play the villainous Jafar and while you may not be familiar with his name just yet please note that he has been a part of the entertainment industry for a while. This 34-year-old Dutch actor was born to Tunisian immigrant parents and has graduated from the Maastricht Academy of Performing Arts. While he has become a seasoned stage actor, he also made his film debut in Maite Was Here and appearing in the crime drama Loft and the TV show Penoza (Black Widow). His breakout role came with the 2013 film Wolf, in which he played Majid, a Moroccan immigrant kickboxer just out of prison who has to toe the line between a life of crime and his career. The performance won him a Golden Calf for Best Actor at the Netherlands Film Festival in 2013.

Monique Tillman

Beyond the words, lies a young woman… A young woman filled with drive, determination, pride, passion, and an insatiable hunger for more. A young woman who is a self-proclaimed artist, but not in the sense that she can paint a mural. She’s a verbal artist who paints pictures with words. Her beauty is more than skin deep, it lies within the lines of her words. And she’s making a name for herself as your new favorite writer.
