Chris Brown is being sued by a fan who claims the singer, his crew, and his security are to blame for his hat being missing.
According to TMZ, Breezy fan Marq Stevenson tried to get his hat signed by the Royalty rapper at a concert in Dallas last year, but after he gave it to one of Brown’s team members, the cap was never returned. It’s still a mystery whether Brown ever got the hat to begin with.
Stevenson is now making accusations that his hat was indeed stolen and wants to be heavily compensated for his troubles. In the lawsuit, Stevenson wants $25 for his cap. He also wants $225 for his floor seat ticket, plus $2,500 in emotional distress caused by bullying from Brown’s crew. In total, that’s a whopping $2,750 in lawsuit expenses.
I guess the fan would rather have the coins now over an autograph. Does he have a legit case? We’ll have to wait and see.
