His second studio album At.Long.Last.A$AP (A.L.L.A) has received plenty of praise considering that it over-stepped some hip-hop boundaries with its psychedelic flavor but in a very clever, innovative, and entertaining way. Some have even claimed this album as Rocky’s classic project even though its only been out for a week. That is why Rocky can pop the collar on his tailored garments as him album sits at No.1 on the Billboard charts in first week sales. He claims the top spot with a total of 117,000 units sold, and 146,000 with streams.
With Rocky taking the top spot on the charts, this is now the sixth time this year that a hip-hop artist or collection has held the spot, with Drake, Kendrick Lamar, Big Sean, Wale, and the Furious 7 soundtrack doing it prior.
Taylor Swift is STILL running strong as she sits at No. 2 on the charts. Boosie wasn’t lagging too far behind as he sits at No.3 with his first album since he has been released from prison, Touchdown 2 Cause Hell, sold 59,000 units and 64,000 with streams.
