Known for his long hair and androgynous looks, 21-year-old model Jordun Love has increasingly become popular ever since he stepped into the modeling game. He’s one of the few male models that people are always on the lookout for. Especially, since he’s made his mark in Pop culture with his noticeable look.

His popularity didn’t simply come from walking the runways or showing off his hair. Jordun started off as a  Hip-Hop dancer in Philadelphia. At the age of 18, he was signed to Major Model Management NYC, and not too long after was cast in for a runway show with Givenchy. Two of his biggest claims to fame were being cast in music videos for Beyoncé and Kehlani. He appeared in Beyonce’s “Pretty Hurts” music video and was the leading man in Kehlani’s “Distraction” video.

However, Jordun’s hair does tend to steal the show. He’s given numerous interviews discussing his locks and giving hair care tips. For instance, it’s a known fact that he’s a fan of Carol’s Daughter hair care products. He also doesn’t go to the salon often for fear that stylists will trim too much off. But it’s a necessary evil to get rid of dead ends.

Besides the Pop/R&B Queen Bey, other industry icons have taken a liking to him as well. Notorious Supermodel Naomi Campbell gave Jordun her stamp of approval and even sent him on his way with some advice. She told him to stay patient, and that’s exactly what he intends to do.

Recently, Jordun walked in six runway shows for Men’s Fashion Week in New York. One of those shows was Teddy Ondo Ella’s innovative Spring/Summer show, which was the first time that the Gabonese designer showed a collection in the states. Jordun was chosen among other male models of various ethnic backgrounds and unique looks.

It’s obvious that he’s one of a kind. With each passing year, his demand increases, so it’s safe to say that we’re going to see a lot more of Jordun soon. And since he likes playing around with different hair ideas you can be sure that he’ll have a few new creative styles soon.
