There are several names that should be synonymous with the word “hustler”; Will Packer, 50 Cent, T.I., Nicki Minaj and Sean “Diddy” Combs. Diddy is forever adding to his resume which is already filled with the titles rapper, producer, and actor under his belt and this latest venture is no different. Mogul Sean Combs is teaming with ABC to develop a comedy based on the real-life events of his former assistant Sarah Snedeker, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
According to the site, the show will be called The Hustle and it is inspired by the real-life events of Combs’ right-hand woman, Sarah Snedeker who is currently as an executive with Diddy’s Revolt. The show will center on a small-town girl who lands a job working as an assistant to a street-educated billionaire business mogul where she is instantly thrown into a foreign world of extravagance, debauchery and adventure.
The script will be written by Jeremy Garelick (of “The Wedding Ringer”) along with Stacey Harman (of ABC’s The Goldbergs). Garelick, Harman and Combs will all executive produce while Snedeker is set to serve as producer and consultant. The Hustle will be Sean “Diddy” Combs’ first scripted television endeavor.
