Well, we have a solution to your problem. Relaxing do-it-yourself masques in the comfort of your home is just what the doctor ordered. Indulge yourselves in three delicious at home facials that can be whipped up right in your kitchen. Enjoy!

 

Strawberry and Greek yogurt Masque

Strawberries are a great natural source of salicylic and alpha hydroxy acids, and they’re filled with antioxidants. Those acids penetrate deep into pores to clean away dirt and dead skin cells on our face, leaving your skin fresh and younger looking. And, of course, yogurt a classic diy masque ingredient. Not only is it good for your nutrition,the tasty snack works wonders for your skin as well. When applied to the skin, yogurt will help moisturize, fight annoying acne and prevent premature aging.

Here is what you’ll need:
2 strawberries
2 tbs of plain Greek yogurt
A squirt of honey (optional)

Mix up all your ingredients, apply to clean skin and leave on for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off and finish with a coconut moisturizer.

 

Blueberry Masque

Blueberries are famous for their antioxidant powers. They fight off free radicals in your body that can cause cell damage.It makes perfect sense to use this power fruit on your skin. The vitamin C and E found in blueberries will provide your skin with the hydration it needs.

Here is what you’ll need:
1/4 cup of organic blueberries
1 tbsp of raw organic honey
1 tbsp of organic olive oil

Combine ingredients in blender. Apply the treatment to clean skin. Leave on for 5 minutes allowing it to work it’s magic. Remove masque with damp cloth.

 

Peach Masque

Peaches are my all-time favorite fruit to eat during the summer and they’re good for your skin too. Peaches contain antioxidants (Vitamin A and C), as well as natural alpha hydroxy acids. And, with the help of a few other ingredients, this face masque will leave your skin feeling hydrated and super soft.

Here is what you’ll need:

1 ripe peach (peeled and diced)
1 tbsp of organic honey
1 egg yoke (for dry skin) 1 egg white (for oily skin)

Mash up diced peach in blender. Combined other ingredients and
apply to clean,damp skin,leaving on for 30 minutes before rinsing off masque.
