The secret to fierce fitness is to keep it simple and let your natural beauty do the work. You can start with oil-free foundation. Oil-free foundation is perfect for the gym because it allows your skin to breathe. There are many waterproof based foundations that will stay on while you sweat and workout. If you have oily skin always go with an oil-free foundation. Feel free to wear tinted moisturizer, sunscreen and powder blush while working out. You may want to skip the blush if you are fare skinned. If you don’t sweat a lot you can wear blush to add more color to your skin. I love to wear different lip stains to the gym because they are low-maintenance. Lip stains stay on your lips while you workout and you can look fierce with little effort.

I know that I am not the only woman that wakes up with random blemishes #TheStruggle . Concealer is the way to go if you want to cover certain areas on your face. If you are anything like me you wipe your face a million times while exercising. You don’t want to leave the gym looking like a raccoon so make sure you wear waterproof mascara and certainly don’t forget your makeup setting spray! Any setting spray is like a refresher for your skin that won’t make you look oily post-workout. After your workout be sure to use makeup remover wipes that won’t dry out your skin or irritate it before you wash your face. You want to make sure you remove all of your gym makeup!
Kontrol To-Go: Take care of your skin ladies! It’s all about the skin care. Wash your face and keep your skin moisturized. Any lotion with tea tree is really good for your skin and is good for blemishes. If you want your makeup to look good you have to take care of your skin!
