WE tv reveals their new unscripted original The Ruckers: Southern Royals. It will be a mix between a document and soap that will be showcasing three modern day African-American sisters as they carry on their successful family name. Ruby, Ellen, and Ione are heirs to one of the oldest and most prominent southern families in the Carolinas. Their father and award-winning dentist, Douglas Rucker, began the family dynasty. Their family now owns and operates most of the business in Lancaster, South Carolina. We will get to see the Rucker sisters  entertain their celebrity friends, attend glamours parties, and handle their day to day lives. Ruby is struggling to hide and overcome her financial struggles; Ellen, already divorced, is hesitant to commit to her politician boyfriend; and Ione is balancing raising her three children as she starts to date again after divorcing her college sweetheart.  The Ruckers: Southern Royals will be joining WE tv on Thursday night during the fall.

Can’t wait! I love the South and all the “down home” humor and fun that go along with life in the “Southern Lane.” Add glamour, and experiences with those in the other lanes and you’ve got entertainment!

A corny show. NO ONE cares about the lame lives of three tramps in north/south Carolina. What a joke!!! I see CANCELLATION in the near future for this B.S..
